Meet John Ferreira – Operations Manager

John brings a powerful combo of sales experience and team leadership to his role as Operations Manager at Antoine Exteriors. Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish, he excels at connecting with customers and ensuring smooth communication between crews, clients and the office team.

With 2 years at Antoine Exteriors, John oversees job sites, signs contracts, writes estimates and makes sure every project runs efficiently and meets our high standards. He’s also committed to ongoing training (especially in siding and roofing installation), always staying sharp and up to date. He is also trained in Xactimate writing, OSHA regulations and ladder safety.

What John loves most? Being part of each step in transforming a house into a dream home. Outside of work, you’ll find him at the gym, on the soccer field, or spending quality time with family and friends.
